With Fruity Loops Studio Producer 8, you can make virtually any sound. Right inside the box, you get 13 virtual synthesizers, giving you great-sounding acoustic/synth bass, electric guitar and plucked strings, sampler tools including a piano, beat-slicing, and tons more. Giving you even more sonic possibilities, the newest virtual instrument, FL Synthmaker, lets you actually create and share your own Fruity Loops instruments, effects, and dashboards with other Fruity Loops users across the world - without the need to write basic code.

Fully-featured music production environment
FL8 can record up to 64 simultaneous tracks of audio, giving you the ability to capture anything from a single vocalist, right up to a full symphony orchestra. Its flexible audio tools, let you pitch-shift, beat-slice, time-stretch, chop, and edit your audio, while the enhanced Edison Wave Editor offers spectral analysis, convolution reverb, loop-recording, and more. Plus, each track can include up to eight effects, and can be routed to any of the other 64 tracks. A range of effects are already included right in the box to inspire your creativity and put the polish on your mixes - you'll enjoy giving your tracks everything from delay, distortion, EQ, filtering, phasing, flanging, chorus, vocoding, and reverb. Mastering tools like multi-band compression/limiting, and parametric EQ are included with FL8 as well.

First of all, FL Synthmaker is a new, fully modular environment that lets you create and share your own FL instruments, effects, and dashboards easily - effectively opening up a floodgate of sonic possibilities as more and more users contribute their instruments to the "pool." Plus, FL8 now gives you even more control over your music with Slicex, its new powerhouse drum loop slicer and re-arranging tool, and Wave Candy, a flexible audio analysis and visualization tool, complete with Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, and Peak Meter. Other user-requested upgrades and enhanced features Fl8 sees include improved rendering with latency compensation, an instantly recallable MIDI and note activity score logger, Directwave Player integreation that offers downloadable sound banks and multi-sample sets, and a new slip editing and resizing tool for your playlist clips.
